The house in this story is what two people have created. Each end wall of the house is each person in the relationship. The roof is what ties the two people together. It is where they are at in life’s journey that is important. If you are the wall that collapses, it is okay. If you are the wall that stays standing that is also okay. There are two opposite end walls on a house. One end wall we could call the husband and the other one is the wife.
